As a newcomer ourselves, we knew that the relationship between the finance sector and recruitment industry needed to change. So we built a solution that not only powers them, but empowers them, too.
It all started with a big idea. With 50 years of combined experience in finance, risk and recruitment, our co-founders saw a gap in the market for a platform that would support agencies beyond simply funding them. So they started Raise with the aim to go above and beyond for recruiters and their contractors.
Today, we’re a team of over 75 people across our offices in Kent, UK and Chennai, India. Our blend of expertise has grown to include marketing, sales, customer services, operations, credit controllers, analysts and more. And we now have over 300 customers. But that’s just our story so far.
We put care at the heart of everything we do so that we can empower our customers to do more.
