Raise powers contract-focused recruitment businesses, providing fast, flexible and affordable funding. Raise acts as an extension of your team, enabling you to focus on building your business by removing the operational challenges that come with placements, timesheets, approvals and invoicing.
Raise looks at each customer on an individual basis, to really understand the specific needs. By really understanding our customers and their needs, we're able to offer the best funding options, remove all the admin, and help them focus on growth.
Raise funds 100% of the gross invoice value. Raise pays the worker directly (or their umbrella), and pays the agency their commission on a weekly basis.
Yes, Raise can fund permanent invoices on a case by case basis (although there will need to be a blend). Raise is proud to be one of only a few in the market that supports permanent and statement of work placements.
Raise primarily funds GBP, USD, EUR and AUD. But can support others by request.
