Release: Launching PAYE

We're delighted to share that we are now rolling out our PAYE option to all customers operating in the UK. Raise now fully supports engagements that are: 

1. PSC / Limited - direct engagements with a contractors company
2. Umbrella - employment intermediaries that manage all of your assignments via PAYE
3. PAYE - directly employ your contractor or have the employment managed by Raise PAY

With more placements being deemed inside IR35 and clients demanding external PAYE engagement, the addition of our PAYE option gives you and your contractors more choice in how they wish to engage in a placement. They simply may not want to work via an Umbrella or set up a Limited company for one reason or another.

Our PAYE option gives them and you a transparent and easy to understand way to engage in their placement.

The platform and service takes care of: 

• Employment (we can support employment by the Agency or Raise PAY with robust contract templates for different industries)
• Onboarding (contracts, address, bank details, etc.)
• Timesheet and Expense Processing
• Payments
• P60, P45, P32 Administration
• Holiday Pay (Allowance and Recording/Requesting in platform)
• Payslips (in platform)
• Pension Administration
• HMRC Reporting
